A FEAST of live entertainment returns this summer.
BBC Radio presenter Mark Radcliffe has once again teamed up with Knutsford Town Council to present another exciting programme.
This year’s jam-packed Knutsford Music Festival promises to be bigger and better than everand runs from Thursday, June 5 to Sunday, June 8.

A fringe festival featuring a mix of music will take place across the bars, cafes and restaurants of Knutsford.

The celebration was launched eight years ago to bring the community together.
The first event offers a celebration of the finest folk music.
Rusty from Rusty's Wild Rovers will lead a big folk singalong (Image: Supplied) Mark presents an evening with singer songwriter Katherine Priddy at 7.15pm at St John’s Church on Thursday, June 5.
Katherine first performed at the festival in 2023 and after rave reviews, she is back in town.

February 2024 saw the release of Katherine’s eagerly awaited second album, The Pendulum Swing.
Acclaimed by critics as ‘simply brilliant’, the album landed at number 1 in the official UK Folk Albums Chart.
With her biggest headline tour to date selling out in cities and her reputation growing, she was asked to perform on the Later With Jools Holland on BBC Two last year.
Katherine will be joined on stage by Mark Radcliffe and David Boardman.
The pair are singing, songwriting, strumming and swigging buddies from the Badlands of the Cheshire Plain.
The duo has played across the UK at various venues and festival s and also performed in Spain and Portugal.
Mark hosts the Radio 2 Folk Show and weekend breakfast on 6Music with Stuart Maconie.
David is a consummate guitarist and guitar teacher.
Their act is one of classic simplicity, two voices, two guitars, some great original songs, the odd carefully chosen cover and the occasional rambling anecdote.
AMC Gospel Choir presents an evening of the finest in gospel music at 7.30pm on Friday, June 6 at St John’s Church.
This exciting group of musicians are full of the vibrancy and joyfulness of the true spirit of Gospel music.
They create soundscapes that will tingle the body and warm the heart.
Their inspiring solos and harmonious vocals have featured on BBC Songs of Praise.
An evening of Irish revelry will have the audience dancing in the aisles at Knutsford Little Theatre on Friday, June 6.
WetTheTea, a multi-instrumental act fronted by singer-songwriter and musician Andy Connally takes to the stage at 7.30pm.
Along with Andy’s traditional Irish influences, Fluff and Adam bring their own musical tastes and styles that are collectively fused to create something a little bit different.
With roots, English folk, bluegrass and modern elements thrown in, this band’s songs and tune sets are unique.
Original self-penned songs make up most of the material.
Andy takes the audience on a journey through each of the songs he has written and what influenced them.
His words offer an insight into his experiences, passions and vulnerabilites with a feeling of familiarity and honesty.
These musical pieces are powerfully delicate and intriguing with performance and flair that connects with people.
Expect vocals, harmonies, fiddle, flute, mandolin, cello, whistles, bodhran, guitar, piano and bouzouki.
Multi-instrumenalists McGuire family complete the line-up with a mixture of traditional Irish music, country, Eastern European, Klezma music and Irish dancing.
Saturday night Blues will be performed by The Vincent Flatts Bandat Knutsford Little Theatre at 7.30pm on June 7.
New and original music will feature full-on southern-infused country rock’n’roll.
Stephen ‘Bertie’ Button fronts the band, which has performed at venues and festivals across the UK, Europe and Scandinavia.
Local duo Simister and Small open the evening.
The closing night party on Sunday, June 8, features the big folk singalong with Rusty’s Wild Rovers.
Mark and David join the finest folk musicians with fiddles and accordions for a great celebration.
