How do I link my existing Sephora Beauty Insider account to my Men's Health Shop account?

1. Use the Beauty Insider form on any Sephora product page to link your existing Beauty Insider account.
2. If you already have a Men's Health Shop account, sign into your account by clicking Sign In from the top of any page. Then navigate to the Loyalty Program tab in your account and follow the instructions to link your account. Be sure to use the same email associated with your existing Sephora Beauty Insider account.

What is the return policy for Sephora purchases on the Men's Health Shop?
We hope you love everything you buy from the Men's Health Shop, but sometimes things don't work out as planned. If you decide you need to return an item purchased from us, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return on eligible products (some products are not eligible for return). The product must be in its original condition and packaging, unused, and free from any signs of damage or wear. Beauty Insider points and spend associated with all refunds will be removed when the transaction is processed. No purchase made from the Men's Health Shop is eligible for a return or exchange in a Sephora store or on www.sephora.com.

How do I unlink my Sephora Beauty Insider account if I do not want to earn Sephora points on the Men's Health Shop?
If you previously linked your Sephora Beauty Insider account with the Men's Health Shop and wish to unlink them, you have two options:
1. If you already HAVE a Men's Health Shop account, you can unlink your Beauty Insider account by going to the Men's Health Shop My Account page. Once you log in to your Men's Health Shop account and go to the My Account page, you’ll see a “Loyalty Program” tab. Click this tab to see your Sephora Beauty Insider status. From there, please click the “Unlink My Account” button. You should then see a confirmation that your accounts have been unlinked.
2. If you DO NOT have an existing Men's Health Shop account, please click here to access the shop login page. Select the option to “Receive an access code by email.” Enter the email address associated with your Sephora Beauty Insider account and click "Send." Check your email inbox for the access code and copy it. Paste the access code into the designated field on the login page and click "Confirm." Next, click the "My Account" link at the top of the Shop homepage. Once you’re on the My Account page, click on the "Loyalty Program" tab. Locate the Sephora Beauty Insider modal and click the “Unlink My Account” button. You should then see a confirmation that your accounts have been unlinked.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Google Pay.
When will I get charged for my order?
You will be charged for your order when all the items have shipped.
Do you charge sales tax?
The Men’s Health Shop collects applicable sales tax on purchases as required by state and local laws in the United States. When applicable, taxes are calculated at checkout (where you can see them in the Order Summary) and charged to your payment method when you place your order.

How do coupon codes or discount codes work?
Occasionally, the Men’s Health Shop will run promotions that allow you to enter a code at checkout in exchange for a percentage off your order. Coupon codes and discount codes apply to the price of the items in your cart only. They do not apply to taxes, shipping, or any other additional fees that may be associated with your order.
Not all coupons can be used together. During checkout, you will get a notification if multiple coupons cannot be stacked. Coupon codes or discount codes may not be applied to previous orders. Other exclusions may apply.

What are my shipping options?
We offer the following shipping options on most orders:
- For orders that are $49.99 or under (before tax), customers pay $6.99 for Standard Shipping (5-7 days) and $19.99 for Expedited Shipping* (3-4 days).
- For orders that are $50 and over (before tax), Standard Shipping (5-7 days) is FREE and Expedited Shipping* (3-4 days) is $19.99.
- Shipping charges may vary for heavy, bulky, or oversized items that weigh over five pounds, or other specialty categories.
- Shipping is free for Sephora Beauty Insiders with a linked Beauty Insider account.
*Note that if you have items from multiple sellers in your cart, expedited shipping charges apply separately for each seller.
How do I track my shipment?
An estimated shipping time is available by entering your zip code on the product description page. Once your order ships, you can check its status by clicking on the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
The Men’s Health Shop is a marketplace with multiple sellers. Some items ship directly from the sellers, so if you purchase items from more than one, your order will arrive in several packages.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Currently, the Men’s Health Shop does not ship internationally. All of our sellers ship to the lower 48 states, and most will also ship to Alaska and Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and military base addresses (APO FPO).

What is your return policy?
We hope you love everything you buy from the Men’s Health Shop, but sometimes things don’t work out as planned. If you decide you need to return an item purchased from us, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return on eligible products. The product must be in its original condition and packaging, unused, and free from any signs of damage or wear.
Please note that the Men’s Health Shop is a marketplace with multiple sellers. The individual sellers determine whether an item is eligible for return.
How do I return an item?
Email Customer Support at shopsupport@menshealth.com with the following information:
- Name and email address used for order
- Order date
- Order number
- Reason for return
If your return is approved, you'll receive a return label via email. (Please note: customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on Men's Health branded products and will not receive a return label, unless the item arrived damaged or broken.) Please pack your return in its original box or bag, if possible, and include a copy of your packing slip to speed up the return. Print the label we emailed you, attach it to your package, and drop the package with the shipping carrier within 30 days of the original delivery date.
Can I exchange an item?
The Men’s Health Shop does not offer exchanges at this time. If you need to swap one item for another (for example, if you need a different size), start a return for the first item. You’ll then need to place a new order for the replacement item.
When will I get my refund?
Please allow sellers up to five business days to review the item and process the return. If the seller accepts the return, you’ll receive a refund from the Men’s Health Shop within two to three business days.
Is there anything I can’t return?
Final Sale purchases are NOT eligible for return. Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged. Items marked as “Final Sale – Returns eligible within 24 hours of delivery” cannot be returned or exchanged 24 hours after delivery.
Final sale conditions include:
- Any item stated as Final Sale on the Product Listing Page.
- Digital Products such as ebooks, PDFs, apps, and streaming content, are not eligible for return. Check the product description for other exclusions.
- Specified sale items.
- Earrings and pierced jewelry.
- Fine Jewelry over $1,000.
- Swimwear and Lingerie as indicated.
- Made-To-Order and customized products.
- Masks and Facial coverings.
Our partners reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the return policy requirement and excessive abuse of the return policy by customers may be denied a refund.

Do I need to create an account to place an order with the Men’s Health Shop?
You may check out as a guest with the Men’s Health Shop by requesting a one-time code if you don’t want to create an account.
I’m a Men’s Health MVP. Do I need a separate account to place an order with the Men’s Health Shop, or can I use that one?
You can use your Men’s Health MVP membership account to place an order in the shop. All you need to do is log in with the same email address you use for the membership.
Where do I find my free shipping code and other discount codes if I am a Men’s Health member?
You should have received your Men’s Health membership free shipping code and additional discount codes via email. If you cannot locate your codes, please contact the Membership Support team at membersupport@menshealth.com.
My email address or phone number has changed. How do I update it?
To update your email address used in the Men’s Health Shop, log into your existing Men’s Health Shop account, select Profile from the menu, and click Edit Information. You can then enter and save your new email address.
Do I have to have an email address to be able to place an order?
Yes, you need an email address to place an online order with the Men’s Health Shop.
How do I unsubscribe from emails?
If you do not want to receive promotional emails or online newsletters anymore, click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email. If you would like to update your email preferences, you can do so at the Hearst Preference Center. If you run into any trouble, please complete the form available at accessprivacy.hearstmags.com.
